Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes 7-14 working days depending on your location.

Delays: While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (for example, courier delays or public holidays).

Risk: Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, risk passes to the customer. We will assist with tracking and resolving courier issues.
