Cooling-off period: In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it and return it for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Defective goods: If a product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as personal care items) may not be returnable unless defective.

Return process: To arrange a return, please contact us. Once approved, you can send the item back to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.
